PAYMENT PROCEDURE

BANK REMITTANCE DETAILS

LKR 25,000/- per Person required at the time of registration to obtain visa.
LKR 120,000/- will be required at time of purchasing Air Ticket.
Balance payment is due 5 days before departure date.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Payment Terms:

A Rs 25,000/- advance payment is required upon confirmation to apply for visa. Rs
120,000/= is needed when we are ready to buy the air ticket, and this is to cover
airfare and hotel reservations. The balance payment is due 05 days prior to the
date of departure.

VISA INFORMATION

• We strongly recommend applying for visas as early as possible to avoid
  any last-minute issues.
• Visa documentation will only be accepted if submitted at least 4
  weeks before the departure date.
• If submitted later, you will need to handle the visa process
  independently.
• Once submitted, visa fees are non-refundable.
• RMR Tours and its staff do not accept responsibility in the event of visa
  rejection by the embassy.

Documents required to apply for Malaysian visa

• Scanned photo of your passport first page with your photo
• Passport size photo with white back ground
• Bank statement copies for last 3 months with last month copy showing Rs 250,000/= balance

POLICY

Cancellation Policy (from total purchase amount)

• Up to 45 days before departure – 35%
• 45 to 30 days before departure – 50%
• 30 to 0 days before departure – 100% per person
